I am a wrestling coach with international experience at the highest level. Currently, I am the head coach of the Netherlands national team. I have also coached the national teams of Norway and Poland.

If you want to improve your conditioning while becoming strong and well-rounded, I invite you to work with me. I offer training programs such as:

  • Strength training (hypertrophy, maximum strength, explosive strength, etc.)
  • Strength endurance training
  • Interval training
  • Special strength training for wrestling and MMA
